Steve worked for over 30 years as a global leader at one of the largest companies in the world. During this time, he honed his leadership skills by managing hundreds of staff across the globe.

Leadership
​During his time as a global leader, Steve also served as a Senior Advisor to the Young Professionals network, a Diversity Focal Point, and a Mentoring Leader for Women’s networks. He has also served as Master of Ceremonies for countless corporate events. As a corporate trainer, he taught new leaders how to become great leaders, and various other senior leadership courses. He currently serves on two advisory boards at Texas A&M University and also serves as Chairman of the Board at West Houston Assistance Ministry which provides food, clothing, job readiness, and financial assistance to people in need.

During his career, Steve has gathered numerous awards including: Outstanding customer service, Champion of Diversity, Excellence in Recruiting, the Patriot Award, and countless recognition awards for outstanding accomplishments.
Education
Steve holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas A&M University, a Master of Science from Southern Methodist University, and Leadership certifications from Rice University.
Personal
Steve is a bit of a renaissance man. In addition to being an engineer, he is also a singer, musician, minister, and serves as a teacher and Worship Pastor at in his church. He has been married to his wife Robin for 37 years and has three adult children. Robin is an internationally award-winning artist.
